Gather with the family for your holiday celebration.

Unique features include expansive third-floor "galley-style" sleeping quarters which offer sleep-over-style accommodations for the kids.  This is a great room filled with light and carpeted floors are great for noise reduction. The house has an enormous game room over the garage of the home including a large flat-screen television, pool table, and sitting room.

Because of its unique size and layout, 219 is great for gatherings in many places in the interior or exterior of the home.  The huge porch is great for cocktail time. The interior dining area can either be intimate or expand to seat more for a larger family meal. It's also not difficult to find a quiet space to curl up and read a book.

The beach is within walking distance so it's easy to pack up the red wagon by group or by yourself and head off for an afternoon or even an hour or two without having to worry about parking.  If you have an extended stay with kids you may wish to sign them up for a class or two at the KBIA (Kennebunk Beach Improvement Association) directly across from Mother's Beach offering day classes in sailing, tennis, art, rowing, free-swim, and more.

If your family gathering is being catered, the staff will love the chef's kitchen at 219 with access to not one but two ovens! and use of the walk-in pantry where they can stock a multitude of trays and supplies. The home also has two driveway area's on either side of the house offering the catering company entrance directly into the kitchen area.
