Gather with family and friends for reunions and celebrations of all sizes.

Unique features include an expansive third-floor "galley-style" sleeping quarters which offers sleep-over-style accommodations for families, kids, or a gaggle of besties.  Five of the six comfortable & contemporary trundle beds pull out to sleep eleven!  This great room is filled with light and plushly, carpeted floors are great for noise reduction. In addition to having a multitude of sleeping options, 219 also has an enormous game room over the garage of the home including a large flat screen television, pool table, kitchenette, and sitting room.

Because of it's unique size and layout, 219 is great for gatherings in many places in the interior or exterior of the home.  The huge porch is great for cocktail time, wedding or baby showers, and clam bakes!  The interior dining area can either be intimate or expand to seat up to 20 for a casual or more formal family meal. It's also not difficult to find a quiet space to curl up and read a book while the rest of the guests or family members clamor on either in some of the quieter corners of the house or on one of the back or side decks or garden areas.

The beach is in walking distance so it's easy to pack up the red wagon by group or by yourself and head off for an afternoon or even an hour or two without having to worry about parking.  If you have an extended stay with kids you may wish to sign them up for a class or two at the KBIA (Kennebunk Beach Improvement Association) directly across from Mother's Beach offering day classes in sailing, tennis, art, rowing, free-swim, and more.

If your family gathering is being catered, the staff will love the chef's kitchen at 219 with access to not one but two ovens! and use of the walk in pantry where they can stock a multitude of trays and supplies. The home also has two driveway area's on either side of the house offering hired help an entrance directly into the kitchen area.
